With Yoga Teacher Kelly Barrett & Life Coach + Spiritual Mentor Catherine Andrews

✨ Reset. Renew. Remember who you are.

While the world tells us to launch into resolutions and productivity in January, nature has a different rhythm — one that invites us to rest, restore, and wait.

The true new year begins with the Spring Equinox.
That perfect moment of balance between light and dark, when life starts to stir beneath the surface, and energy begins to rise again. It’s a sacred threshold — and there is no better place to cross it than Sedona, Arizona.

Join Kelly Barrett and Catherine Andrews for 5 days of deep nourishment, spiritual alignment, and joyful community in one of the most energetically potent landscapes on Earth: Sedona, Arizona.

About your hosts

Catherine and Kelly have been hosting retreats together since 2019, all over the US, from Virginia to Maryland to Arizona.

  • Kelly Barrett is a yoga instructor (ERYT-200) with 10+ years of experience teaching vinyasa yoga and meditation in Washington, D.C. and Arizona. She is the creator of Threadkeeping (previously Om Weekly) a practical, reflective newsletter that examines ancient philosophy in a modern context through personal essays, featuring tools for self-exploration and self-discovery. Her yoga classes are designed to inspire a sense of strength, ease and acceptance—always with a touch of humor. She’s currently working on her first book, and loves using the practice of yoga to cultivate her own creative outlets.

  • Catherine Andrews is a writer, certified life coach, spiritual mentor and Tarot reader whose expertise is in helping people discover who they really are, what they really want, and then take the actionable, practical steps to start making it all happen. She helps people to create, reclaim, and hone their narratives so they have the power to own and tell their own stories. She writes regularly at The Sunday Soother.
