In Tarot, the Queens are powerful archetypes of feminine leadership, wisdom, and maturity. Each Queen embodies the fully realized expression of her suit — not just in skill or action, but in presence, intuition, and embodiment. They are mothering figures, yes — but not just to others. They model how to mother ourselves with compassion, clarity, sovereignty, and strength. From this type of leadership — internal AND external — we change the world, we crumble patriarchy, and we help the matriarchy rise to tend to the earth and its people.

This is a six-month sacred leadership circle for highly sensitive, soul-led women who are ready to deepen their spiritual path, become more visible in their medicine, and lead in ways that dismantle the old and restore the feminine. We meet in ritual, in council, and in community—supporting each other through the real, vulnerable but powerful journey of becoming sovereign.
You’ll be guided through monthly themes, rituals, and deep group and 1:1 support as you step into new levels of voice, purpose, visibility, and power. We’ll work with Tarot, ancestral wisdom, flower essences, microdosing, spellwork, and the archetypes of the Four Queens to awaken the leader within who’s been waiting to emerge—not the version that conforms, but the one that liberates.

Who’s your guide?
That’s me, Catherine Andrews! I’m a leadership mentor, spiritual teacher, and guide for sensitive, intuitive women who are ready to step into their visibility and power.
I bring a unique combination of grounded leadership and mystical depth to everything I do. Before I began mentoring sensitive women on their path to sovereignty, I spent 15 years in high-level corporate leadership, where I managed teams, led strategy, and thrived in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. My academic foundation includes degrees and scholarships from the University of Virginia and Northwestern University — places where I honed my intellect, discipline, and drive.
But eventually, that success started to feel empty. I knew I was here for something deeper.
At age 40, I left the stability of my successful career to follow a calling that had been quietly unfolding in the background of my life — a call to serve highly sensitive women, empaths, and intuitive leaders through a heart-led business rooted in spiritual practice, nervous system wisdom, nature, and magic.
Since then, I’ve built a thriving coaching and teaching practice that has supported hundreds of women in reclaiming their energy, healing their nervous systems, and awakening to the truth of who they are.

I know what it means to question your path. To burn out. To hide your power. To ache for something more meaningful — and to be terrified of losing the safety of what you know.
I also know how to guide you through the discomfort of becoming. I’ve done it myself. Again and again.
Today, I live and work on the lands of the Sioux (Manahoac), Algonquin, Iroquois, and Piscataway in what is now known as Loudoun County, Virginia. I am committed to deepening my relationship with the land and with justice, and I honor the communities — especially BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ — who continue to protect and tend this world.

The next round of the Council begins on the summer solstice, June 20 and runs through the winter solstice, ending December 19. It’s a six-month journey of expansion, visibility, and reclamation.How do I schedule my 1:1 sessions with Catherine?
You’ll receive a private scheduling link after you enroll. You can book your sessions at any point during our six months together, based on what aligns with your needs. You might choose to space them evenly throughout the journey, while others prefer to schedule them around specific growth edges or moments of decision. Your timing is yours to own. You can book at times that work for you, using my calendar scheduler.What is the size of the group?
This is an intimate container by design. I limit the group to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure spaciousness, depth, and individualized attention. You’ll be seen, held, and supported — never lost in the crowd.When are the group sessions held?
Group calls are held 3 Fridays a month at 12pmET. Fridays are ruled by Venus, and if that ain’t feminine, I don’t know what is. But if that doesn’t work for those who are interested, though, I am open to discussing alternate dates. All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. You’ll always have access, even if you can’t make it live.What if I can’t make a live call?
I encourage you to make these calls a priority in your schedule, but I understand life gets in the way. We’ll have 18 group calls together, and I ask you to miss no more than 4.Is this a business mastermind?
Not exactly. This is a leadership expansion space. While many women may bring their businesses into the container — and we can discuss visibility, purpose, and aligned offerings — this is not a strategy-heavy space. Instead, we explore the energetic, emotional, and spiritual layers of your leadership and visibility, so that your work in the world flows with more ease, magnetism, and impact.Do I need to be in a leadership position already to join?
Not at all. Leadership is about your inner posture — not your job title. If you feel called to grow into greater power, presence, or purpose — whether in your work, your community, your creative life, or your spiritual path — this space is for you.I’m highly sensitive and I sometimes find group spaces overwhelming. Will this feel safe for me?
Absolutely. This space was created for you. As a highly sensitive person myself, I hold containers that are trauma-aware, gently paced, and rooted in consent. There’s no pressure to share or perform. You’ll be invited, never forced. Your nervous system will be honored every step of the way.How is this different from other group programs or memberships?
