Hi, I’m Catherine Andrews — a spiritual mentor for high-achieving, big-hearted women who are ready to lead with soul, softness, and true purpose.
But I didn’t start here.
For most of my life, I followed the “right” path: prestigious universities, a successful career climbing the corporate ladder in Washington, DC, managing teams, presenting at conferences, and checking all the boxes of what leadership was supposed to look like.
On the outside, I had it together.
On the inside, I felt disconnected, anxious, overextended — like I had built a beautiful life that no longer felt like mine.
At 40, I made the radical decision to step off the treadmill and into something deeper. I didn’t just want to do life well — I wanted to live it in alignment with my soul.
I became a student of energy, intuition, ritual, and nervous system healing. I trained in Feng Shui, Tarot, herbalism, and feminine energy. And I brought all of that together with my experience as a coach, leader, and sensitive, high-functioning woman.
Now, I guide other women — the ones who’ve done it all, achieved so much, and still feel something calling them deeper — to return to themselves, awaken their soul’s truth, and lead in a whole new way.
I’ve walked this path. I know how hard it is to let go of control, shift your identity, and start listening to your intuition again.
But I also know: when you do, everything gets lighter. Clearer. More you.
And I’m here to walk it with you.
The Aligned Leader was born from a very real gap I saw — and lived through — in leadership development.
There are thousands of programs teaching women how to lead by doing: speak louder, plan better, push harder, produce more.
But almost none that teach us how to lead by being: by regulating your nervous system, reading your intuition, working with your energy, and showing up as your full, true self.
When I left my corporate career and began mentoring women, I noticed a pattern: so many of my clients were powerful, sensitive, brilliant women who had learned how to succeed in a world that didn’t always honor their depth. They had done everything right — and still felt off. Drained. Disconnected. Unseen.
So I created The Aligned Leader to offer a new way forward.
